We can also include custom product packaging, barcode labeling, with a turnaround time of less than a week once released to production (if required).
Custom Cabling
Star Werks specializes in custom cable and wire harnesses for commercial and industrial products.
The cable assemblies are customer specific, meaning they are unique to a particular application and built by Star Werks to the customer’s specification. Many times these cables are requested in smaller volume than a typical cable supplier would accept. Star Werks utilizes both domestic and international sources to accommodate product design, quality and volume requirements.
Custom Assembly
At Star Werks, we build custom assemblies for a wide range of applications and industries.
We are capable of customizing internal wiring and cables including: AC/DC wires, high, and low voltage cables. Additional assembly services focus on the durability of the final product, including the custom fabrication of boxes, powder coating and screen printing, labeling (barcodes, serial numbers, and date codes). We currently manufacture over 10,000 of these units annually, shipping worldwide.
PCB Assembly
PCB assemblies are serialized, lot/batch code, and date code labeled. These PCB assemblies also include custom product packaging, barcode labeling, and a turnaround time of less than a week once released to production. Star Werks currently produces more than 250,000 PCB assemblies per year.
